The 5208 is built with the same high-quality construction and features offered on all dryers in the Powerhouse line. It has an infrared/convection drying system that can cure up to 400-500 shirts per hour. If you have the space, you can add on three more feet of in-feed or out-feed with an optional extension that facilitates loading and unloading during peak periods.

This dryer features a flash phase cure booster that speeds production by raising garment and ink temperatures more quickly. It fully powers the first heat zone while the remaining heat zone is regulated by the digital temperature control.

The dryer’s medium-wave IR quartz element transmits heat more quickly than conventional ceramic elements and turbo air knives turn quick-curing IR heat into gentle convection for curing bulky items such as sweat shirts and jackets. Heated air recovery draws preheated air from beneath the belt and returns it to the oven area for energy efficiency.

Other features of the dryer include adjustable oven doors to help retain temperature; a removable oven hood for easy access; and four-point belt tracking to make it easy to set up the belt and extend its life.
