Markzware released the public beta version of FlightCheck v6 with QuarkXPress 7. The software features a refined interface with automatic FlightPlan switching between PDF and native files, capability to preflight QuarkXPress 7 documents from a single and central stand-alone application, support for third-party font applications, automatic subfolder creation when collecting jobs for print, enhanced font and image searching, and PDF preflighting. FlightCheck Designer and/or FlightCheck Professional v6 upgrades will be available at no cost to customers who have purchased FlightCheck 5.x on or after Feb. 1, 2007.
