Onyx recently added support for the HP Designjet 9000s Series, a 64-in. (1626-mm) solvent inkjet printer. The driver is available for version 6.5 of all Onyx workflow-solution software, including ProductionHouse and PosterShop. Onyx says it has optimized the Designjet 9000s driver and profiles so the printer can operate at top performance. Onyx’s driver allows users to select default calibration tables for color control, add and calibrate their own printing materials, m view ink-channel usage and estimate printing costs, and modify jobs and view final layout on screen.
