Roland DGA Adds Direct-to-Object and Texture Printing Team as It Targets New Decoration Markets

Ten new hires and appointments signal Roland DG’s push into industrial UV rotary and surface printing.

(PRESS RELEASE) IRVINE, CA — Roland DG’s Americas business unit has announced personnel changes in support of a newly formed New Market Office, established under Chief Strategy Officer Andrew Oransky.

The New Market Office will initially oversee two product categories: DIMENSE texture surface printers and LSINC direct-to-object rotary printers. Roland DG introduced the DIMENSE DA-640 in 2025 and formed a global distribution partnership with LSINC, a manufacturer of industrial UV rotary printers, in 2026.

“These changes, which include the promotion of several Roland DGA staff members as well as the addition of new individuals, strengthen our team,” said Oransky. “The skills and abilities of these members will enable us to address new markets where Roland DG technology can make a positive impact, while we continue to serve our current markets and customers.”

Personnel appointed to the New Market Office include:

  • Dave Edmondson, formerly vice president of business development, appointed vice president of DIMENSE and new business
  • Mauricio San Martin, formerly sales manager, appointed new market sales manager
  • Hiroshi Ono, formerly global program manager for the digital printing division, appointed global program manager for industrial printing
  • Carmen Sparrow, hired as marketing manager for industrial products
  • Jerry Villareal, returning to Roland DGA as service manager for industrial products
  • Wayne Gonyea, appointed sales manager for industrial products
  • Danny Quevedo, appointed application specialist for industrial products
  • Grant Davis, returning to Roland DGA as regional sales manager for the new business office
  • Lily Hunter, returning to Roland DGA as senior program manager for the new business office
  • Collin Griggs, hired as global ink application specialist

Additional personnel changes within Roland DGA include:

  • Dan Wilson, previously vice president of marketing, promoted to vice president of global marketing for parent company Roland DG
  • Michelle Schott, formerly marketing operations manager, promoted to marketing director
  • Jack Pozorski, formerly director of service, promoted to senior director of service
  • Yadi Cepeda, formerly director of sales development and customer service, promoted to senior director of customer development
