Ryonet now offers the Stampinator 480, an inline heat-seal machine that can cure plastisol and water-based inks in addition to heat-applying decorative materials. The Stampinator attaches to an automatic press in place of a screen in order to add numbers, letters, and other multimedia (including vinyl, twill, and rhinestones). Temperature ranges from 32 to 600 F. The device can be used as a flash-cure unit and is able to fully cure the ink as well to avoid the need for conveyor drying on smaller orders; testing with different ink types and brands is recommended. The Stampinator also acts as an iron to press down fibers that can cause fibrillation problems.

The unit’s pressure is controlled by the press’s off-contact adjustment. Dwell time is controlled by the automatic press printhead control panel.

The Stampinator fits on most automatic presses with front and rear clamps, including ROQ, M&R, Workhorse, and MHM. Its platen measures 16 x 20 in. while the machine itself measures 22 x 32 x 6 in.
