Sakurai’s ScreenFoil LQM 105 in-line hot foil stamper is engineered for use with screen-printing presses to streamline the foil decoration workflow. The company reports operators can use their existing screen press to deposit the foil image in registration, UV cure, and pass through the foil applicator for a variety of image configurations, including fine lines and 3D coverage foil. Compatible substrates include paper, rigid and flexible plastic, textiles, leather, and digital, laminated, metalized and coated media up to 0.8-in thick with a max. size of 39 x 29.5 in.
