Sakurai to Introduce New Products, New Technology

Sakurai Graphic Systems Corporation, the parent of Sakurai USA has announced plans for its 6th annual New Technology Open House to be held April 13-16, 2016 at its Gifu, Japan factory.

 

Sakurai will conduct live demonstrations of new screen and offset presses and present new technology, including:

 

New MS110-DDS, Direct Drive cylinder screen press
The direct drive system, without gears provide higher accuracy and precision. Maximum substrate size is 44” x 30” and the maximum print size is 42” x 30”.

New OL 266Si, two-color offset press
Features the same level of automation as the OL 466Si four-color model with higher productivity.

 

New Electronic UV & LED-UV combination drying system
The electronic UV system enables percentage adjustment of light power, which reduces energy costs and LED-UV eliminated heating issues on the substrate.

 

Improved CCD camera sheet alignment system.
Offers improved operation and is available as an option on the MS110-DDS.

Improved MSDR60 Direct Drive, Roll-to-Roll, two-color screen press.
Multiple functions and value added productivity have been added.
