Screen Americas Adds Lisa Streator as New Customer Service Coordinator

Screen Americas has announced the appointment of Lisa Streator to the new position of customer service coordinator. Streator’s assignment addresses the needs of Screen’s growing customer base employing print-on-demand inkjet solutions across the targeted market segments of high-speed continuous printing, narrow-web label printing, and wide-format and industrial printing. As the newest member of the Screen Americas service team, Streator will be responsible for managing the company’s client-centered call center services.

Screen Americas has announced the appointment of Lisa Streator to the new position of customer service coordinator. Streator’s assignment addresses the needs of Screen’s growing customer base employing print-on-demand inkjet solutions across the targeted market segments of high-speed continuous printing, narrow-web label printing, and wide-format and industrial printing. As the newest member of the Screen Americas service team, Streator will be responsible for managing the company’s client-centered call center services. In particular, she will ensure that contacts for service are handled correctly and that field service scheduling and dispatching proceed smoothly and efficiently.

 

The addition of Streator to the service team further demonstrates Screen’s commitment to a customer-first culture as Screen’s POD inkjet business continues to grow.

Our goal is always to solve customer issues faster. Lisa has shown herself to be a resourceful, people-oriented professional who understands the nuances associated with the printing industry.”

Streator offers Screen more than 25 years of multifaceted experience working for a variety of small and large companies, including Eastman Kodak Co. She has served as executive assistant, global administrative assistant and treasury operations assistant, among other positions.

 

“Screen’s dedication to providing quality products and customer uptime makes me proud to be a team member,” Streator said. “I look forward to maintaining and improving on Screen’s already high level of customer satisfaction, while reducing the service response time.”
