Group founders include: Mark Dabiero of Flying Colors Imprinting in Westland, Michigan (flyingcolorsimpinting.com); Pierre Jamnicky of Blue Moon Promotional in Eastlake, Ohio (bmpromotional.com); and Greg Kitson of Mind’s Eye Graphics in Decatur, Indiana (mindseyeg.com).

The fee-based group reports that it is looking for like-minded professionals in the decorated-apparel industry “who share not only passion for the industry but also the need to improve.”

"This new Decorated Apparel Biz Group concept follows the automotive and other industries concept ‘that you can’t know everything about anything,’ says Greg Kitson, "and by joining forces in a facilitated collaborative setting, all participants benefit. Every business owner/manager has proven strengths and weaknesses. The collaborative group format will share an individual participant’s strengths, and provide the tools for members to improve weak areas within their own skill set.

"The format also creates a competitive arena that will raise the performance expectations and create a group of accountability partners for every participating member, as they journey on their unique perpetual quest for knowledge," says Kitson.

The initial meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn Express Nashville Airport in Nashville, and will be held in conjunction with the ISS tradeshow.
