Inkcups Now designed its ICN-150 semiautomatic pad printer with features the company says are ideal for imaging onto large parts. The machine handles  6.0-in. (150-mm) ink cups, enabling it to print images up to 5.5 in. (140 mm) in diameter. ICN-150 is available in one- and two-color models that can print up to 1200 and 600 impressions/hr, respectively. Its independent pad/ink-cup stroke accommodates the loading and unloading of large parts, and the press also comes standard with XYR microadjust printing-plate assemblies, two-position pneumatic part shuttle, quick-release locking handles on pads and cups, and more. ICN-150 allows users to program rear- and forward-stroke delay and a parts counter. Features designed to enhance worker safety and comfort include interlocked guards, a lighted work area, and base cabinet with height adjust.
