Symposium Focuses on Membrane-Switch Developments

Those who seek the latest information about membrane switches will convene near the City of Brotherly Love as the annual SGIA Membrane Switch Symposium comes to the Philadelphia area from June 19-20, 2007. The events gives producers, suppliers, and industry experts a chance to network and attend educational sessions.

This year’s Symposium will offer presentations on industry developments, such as standards updates and advances in screen printing for electronics. Other presentations will address inkjet printing for membrane switches, lean manufacturing, LED and SMT components, UV curing, polymer films, and printable battery technology.

The event includes a trade show of leading suppliers to the membrane-switch industry, as well as opportunities for networking. The 2007 Membrane Switch Symposium kicks off with a golf outing on June 19, followed the next day by seminars and break-out sessions as well as a exclusive tour of the new MacDermid Autotype plant in Middletown, DE.
