Systematic_Automation_Air-Glide-1-1

The Airglide automatic screen press from Systematic Automation uses a gravity-fed method of transporting flat substrates to the printer without any moving parts. The automatic pick-and-place loading system transports the substrate to the printer on a cushion of air, helping to prevent scratching, via a table that alternatively provides air pressure or vacuum. Sheets are registered under the screen using stop pins; once in place, the table converts to vacuum to hold the sheet in place during printing.

It can print a variety of substrates ranging from 0.005 to 1.0 in. thick including Coroplast, PVC, aluminum, glass, magnetic stock, and more. The press features a control panel and requires no tooling.
