Uliano brings with him a strong manufacturing background with an emphasis on organizational lean implementation and sustainment. The directorship had been vacant for several months while the company patiently searched for the right individual to fill out its executive team and who shared management’s vision to eliminate waste while providing a superior product to its customers.

Uliano, who joined the company at the beginning of the new year, has been working with team members at all levels to review operational procedures and to align all functions to exceed customer expectations and deliver results. Expert in lean manufacturing and strategic goal deployment, Uliano is leading an enterprise-wide lean initiative to eliminate waste in all forms while achieving sustainable, scalable growth. Uliano’s strategy is to ensure a consistently high level of quality and production so that when non-standard orders come in, they fit seamlessly into the production schedule with all standard material.
