Hirsch has announced MHM’s new Synchroprint 5000 automatic garment screen printing presses. The series offers instant platen release from the touch-screen display, front and rear microregistration, and adjustable front- or side-loading screen holders. Off-contact is electronically controlled and can be saved for future reference.

Additional features include tool-free, wireless front and rear stroke-length adjustments; independent flood/print speed controls; AC-driven printheads; and control keypads on each station with main operator functions. Drive belts are fully enclosed and shielded.

The touch-screen display is wifi-enabled for online troubleshooting and more.

Users can also add an optional Go-To Registration System, designed to automatically ensure that all screen holders start from exactly the same position; it also enters the screen position and off-contact distance into memory for future reference.
