Top Value Fabrics Acquires Pacific Coast Fabrics

Top Value Fabrics has announced its acquisition of Pacific Coast Fabrics, a California-based textile provider. Effective November 1, both entities will operate under the Top Value Fabrics name with all current products continuing distribution. The merger aims to expand Top Value’s product offerings, strengthen distribution networks, and grow its global reach.

The 100-percent employee-owned company reports the Pacific Coast team will join its ownership plan, according to a release.
