Sihl expanded its Solvit family of coated media with SureSolv uncoated solvent media. Products include vinyls, vinyl scrims, fabrics, and polyester banners. SureStick vinyl is a calendered, self-adhesive vinyl with permanent and repositionable adhesives. It is offered in gloss, matte, and clear vinyl finishes in rolls with a width of 60 in. (1524 mm). SureBet vinyl scrim is a glossy, white, calendered vinyl that encapsulates a high-tensile scrim. Sihl says it’s engineered to produce consistent, high-quality banners at an economical price. SureBet is compatible with solvent inkjet printers, requires no lamination, and can be used for indoor and outdoor applications. SureBet is available in 10-, 13-, and 15-oz versions. SureView fabric is a woven polyester media designed with 20-threads/in. construction that allows for a transparent effect. SureView is available in rolls with widths up to 60 in. SureTex polyester banners are designed for fire-resistance and are available in heavyweight and lightweight versions. The banner materials are available in rolls with widths up to 87 in. (2210 mm).
