Vastex High-Capacity Dryer
Cures plastisol and water-based inks.
The EconoRed II-30 dryer from Vastex is engineered to cure up to 300 plastisol-printed garments/hr and 100 water-based or discharge-printed garments/hr, according to the company. The dryer is equipped with a 30-in. conveyer belt and two 24-in., 3600-W heaters with high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat designed for max. cure speed, with the option to add one to three additional heating chambers, extend the belt length, or increase belt speed. Vastex Infrared Focusing System enables the heater to be adjusted for garment thickness up to 7 in. above the belt. Additional features include top-mounted exhaust system, control box positioning on the left or right of the enclosure, belt tracking system, and digital PID temperature controller.
