Vastex International Appoints Steve Baer Sales Operations Manager Worldwide

Steve Baer has been named Sales Operations Manager of Vastex International, both domestically and internationally, Mark Vasilantone, president announced.

Steve Baer has been named Sales Operations Manager of Vastex International, both domestically and internationally, Mark Vasilantone, president announced.

Baer intends to strengthen the company’s position in screen printing equipment by streamlining customer response and dealer support systems, and fostering a quality-oriented culture based on teamwork and ownership to increase sales and profitability, he says.

“We plan to expand communications and support for our dealers, giving them hands-on tools and assistance which will drive sales growth,” said Baer.

Baer brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience to the position, having held Print Production, General Management, and Strategic Buying positions at Nacci Printing, LEM Products, and the Volvo Group’s Global Indirect Purchasing Group. He has also been a consultant with Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller design firms.

“We are pleased to have Steve Baer join us in this important capacity,” says Vasilantone. “His technical and business background will be a tremendous complement to the Vastex sales team.”
