The D-1000 has a 26 x 46-in. conveyor to accommodate wider jackets and sweats. An optional 10-in. front conveyor extension increases the infeed to 25 in., making the unit suitable for heavier and larger garments. Variable controls for heat intensity and conveyor speed allow the drying process to be adjusted for ink type and coverage, desired curing temperature, and the rate at which garments are being printed.

The IR heater can be raised, lowered, or pivoted to accommodate different garment thicknesses and irregularly shaped items. The D-1000 is available in 120- and 240-v models
