Vastex (www.vastex.com) has expanded its line of V-1000 screen-printing presses with a six-station, six-color version. Model V-1000-66 features all-heads-down printing, rubber-coated steel platens, and a floating head design with tool-free micro-registration and six-way head leveling to deliver multicolor registration accuracy. A redesigned rotor hub increases the rigidity of the platens and arms while allowing for more than 100 Vastex platens including oversized (20 x 24 inch) and heavyweight vacuum platens used for transfers, signs, and flat stock.
