All serving in influential positions such as owner, founder, and CEO, these women are impacting our field as a whole as well as the communities they serve. They demonstrate leadership, progressive responsibility, and community awareness.

Xiaoying Rong: Professor at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California

Val Solomon: Co-owner of Night Owls in Houston, Texas

Deonjala Williams: Founder of Dee’s Sweet Tees and Heart and a Heat Press in Lake Worth, Florida
