IS200 Pro-LC is the name of Graphtec’s new 42-in. (1067-mm) wide-format scanner. It’s an updated version of the IS200 Pro that offers 8-bit color capture for applications in which limited color is necessary. Another new feature is connectivity via USB 2.0 and 10/100 Ethernet. The Pro-LC supports resolutions up to 4800 dpi (interpolated) in 1-dpi increments and scanning speeds of up to 9 in./sec (229 mm/sec) at 400 dpi. Graphtec says the scanner uses contact array image-sensor technology for quick startup and fast, accurate, high-resolution capture. Scanning Master 21+ Driver software comes standard. It facilitates scanner setup and control, past-scan editing, scan to file, scan to print, e-mail, and PDF operations.
