Workhorse Products Offers Starter Package No. 6

The Workhorse Starter Package 6 is designed to put your screen printing business on the fast track to profitability, affordably and with minimal hassle. From screen making to print production to cleanup, this six-piece equipment bundle is geared toward getting your operation up and running quickly and positioning it for future growth.

At the heart of the package is the O-6400-M six-color/four-station manual press. Ideal for screen printing startups, this floor model, rotary-load style printer is expandable to six colors/six stations. In addition to easy-load platens for fast changes, features include tool-free off-contact adjustment and X and Y knobs for microregistration.

The press has sturdy, tubular steel construction and a large-diameter center shaft with tapered bearings for smooth, balanced operation. Optional cap, pocket, sign and other attachments provide enhanced flexibility.

The package further includes the MD-LED Lumitron Exposure Unit with long-life LED light strips for fast, uniform, high-resolution exposures and reduced setup times and operating costs.

You also get a CD227 Odyssey Compact Conveyor Dryer with a large heat panel and variable belt speed for curing a wide range of items, plus double-wall construction, adjustable oven doors and an exhaust connection.

The SS1616C Super Seca 16-inch by 16-inch, adjustable-height, infrared-panel, portable flash cure unit further expands your capabilities. Completing the grouping are a 24-inch by 36-inch Wash-It sink for developing and reclaiming screens and an SD10 Screen Drying Cabinet designed to eliminate problems like emulsion contaminates and inconsistent drying times. It holds a variety of screen sizes.
