Xennia Acquires Vivid Print Solutions

Xennia Technology Ltd., Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, announced it acquired Texas-based Vivid Print Solutions, the industrial inkjet integator from Xaar. Xennia says the acquisition strengthens its position as the leading industrial inkjet integration company and provides a platform for the US manufacture of Xennia's industrial inkjet printers and inks. Vivid Print Solutions will be fully integrated into the Xennia group and will trade as Xennia Technology Inc.
