Adobe CS4-Compatible Prepress Software

Zevrix Solutions recently announced that its products are now compatible with Adobe Creative Suite 4 software. Zevrix products include plug-ins for Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, such as BatchOutput, LinkOptimizer and InPreflight. Zevrix products are designed to automate output, save disk space and production time through image optimization and automated packaging, and eliminate errors with thorough preflighting. Zevrix’s LinkOptimizer 3.2.4, BatchOutput 3.2, and InPreflight 2.6.1 are compatible with CS4. LinkOptimizer 3.2.4 is a workflow solution intended to automatically reduce the size of images linked to InDesign documents by eliminating excessive image data. BatchOutput 3.2 is designed to automate printing and exporting to PDF, PostScript, EPS, and JPEG of multiple and single InDesign documents. InPreflight 2.6.1 is a quality-control, file-packaging, and reporting solution for Adobe InDesign. It gathers information about document fonts, colors, and links and lets users locate potential problems according to user-defined settings.
