This new eBook covers critical areas of running your business properly. The goal for the eBook is to provide easy to access and customize information for any level shop to get better.

The Business Planning section has two templates to use to construct a business plan from scratch. A robust Employee Handbook template allows the shop to add in their information and have a fully functional employee handbook in minutes. The section on Branding discusses how a shop should create their own “voice” in the industry to differentiate themselves from the competition. And lastly, there is a fully customizable shop Production Log and Data Dashboard system that will allow the shop to track screen-print production and interpret the data easily.

The eBook lists for $49, but has an introductory price of $20 that will be available for a short period of time only.

Atkinson says about the new eBook, “This information uses the material that I cover with shops that I coach constantly. Getting to the next level is all about making better decisions and accountability. Remember, you can’t manage what you don’t measure. This book provides shops with those tools.”
