Automatic Garment Screen-Printing Press

If you need lots of printheads to accommodate increases in production and special-effect garment graphics, have a look at Progressive’s new 20-color/22-station Falcon automatic press. It features screen holders for the Newman Roller Frame system, pneumatic clamps for squeegees and floodbars, and tool-free printhead adjustment for fast set up. Progressive designed the Falcon with a multistroke mode to speed up production and stroke-initiation control to help maximize the use of specialty inks. The press also comes standard with a servo indexer, A/C heads, and adjustable front and rear screen holders.
