Automatic Inline Garment Press

You can shift your garment screen printing into high gear with the Inline Double Decker from Autobahn. The automatic inline garment press is modular and available in six- to 56-color configurations. The Inline Double Decker supports a maximum imaging area of 18 x 22 in. (457 x 559 mm) and maximum frame size of 23 x 31 x 2 in. (584 x 787 x 51 mm). The indexing system offers counterclockwise/clockwise rotation, and AC drives help deliver smooth operation at high speeds. The press’s control center allows for selection of multiple print strokes (up to 10), independent printhead configuration (print/flood speed, etc.), on-board diagnostics, access to real-time production data, and more. The platens are aluminum and feature tool-free quick-release locks. Each printhead comes standard with four-point off-contact adjustment, electric drive, and a reset button. Also standard are front microregistration adjustments with visual guides. Rear screen holders are adjustable, and flip-up front screen holders are designed to streamline job setup. Squeegee/floodbar pressures can be set independently, and calibrated rear stroke length with tool-free adjustment can help increase production.
