Hirsch Int’l Corp. says the MHM Synchroprint 4000 AC 18-color/20-station press comes with features that facilitate the fastest setup times and deliver years of dependable production. Among the functions offered are instant platen release from the touchscreen display; front and rear microregistration, and adjustable screen holders for front or side screen loading. It also features tool-free front and rear stroke-length adjustments with no wires, independent flood/print-speed controls, and control keypads on every station with all main operator functions. The main control panel has a full-color touchscreen display that supports fingertip commands for all main operator functions. It also has a built-in USB port for online support and software upgrades. The centralized off-contact can be adjusted in 0.40-in. (1-mm) increments. The optional Go-To Registration System is designed to ensure that all the screen holders on the press start from exactly the same position.
