Automatic Rhinestone Welding Machine

Want to apply rhinestones and studs to framed fabrics or finished garments? Hirsch offers a solution with its Gemfix Gem 5550 automatic rhinestone-welding machine. The welding process is accomplished through ultrasonic frequency that delivers a secure seal without damaging the fabric. The machine comes with design software that allows users to create a logo or shape. Through a touch-screen controller, users can control nozzle pressure and welding time, detect missing stones, back track or back up, set origin, and outline trace. Designs can be saved in memory. The Gemfix supports border frames up to 21.6 x 19.7 in. (548 x 500 mm) and tubular frames up to 18.7 x 17.7 in. (474 x 450 mm). The Variable pressure and welding-power settings can be used to manage multilayer and multisize rhinestone applications. Gemfix Gem machines are modular and can be connected to create a production system. Suitable fabrics include cotton, polyester, blends, silk, and denim.
