SAW Printing Systems recently announced that DYSS multicolor automatic UV screen-printing machines, for which SAW is the exclusive distributor, are now equipped with servomotors. DYSS implemented the technology to enhance the precision of parts-handling movements at high speeds. DYSS’s multicolor screen lines can be used to print cylindrical, oval, and flat parts. They’re designed for high throughput, quick changeover, simple operation, and low maintenance. Each model is electronically controlled by PLC with touchscreen interface and features three-dimensional frame microadjustment, vertical lift-off, pneumatic squeegee control and pressure adjustment, a jog switch with slow-motion control, and more.
