Autoscreen India, an importer, distributor, and manufacturer of screen-printing materials, announced it will become a division of Saati India, with the mission of developing the screen-printing market in that country. This marks the first time a trading company has been inducted in house by a manufacturer and supplier.

Autoscreen has a network of more than 600 dealers and more than 250 end users in India. Saati develops, produces, and sells precision textile and chemical products. The companies say the agreement will make available for screen printers localized knowledge of Autoscreen and Saati’s global experiences.

“The success of Autoscreen India is the reflection of its hard work, focused approach, and networking throughout the country,” says Anil Brahmbhatt, director of Saati India. “We provide international quality service in India. Saati’s success is connected to its ability to establish and manage solid partnerships with key clients and strategic suppliers with the aim of innovative and technological development, product personalization, range extension, and improved services. Autoscreen and Saati Group is a fusion between two icons in the screen-printing industry.”
