Brother Offers Garment Printer Printhead Cleaning Services

The Brother International Corp. Industrial Products Div., Bridgewater, NJ, now offers a printhead-cleaning service for its GT-541 and GT-782 garment printers. The service allows owners of Brother inkjet garment printers to ship their printheads to Brother to be cleaned to enhance printer performance.

The Brother International Corp. Industrial Products Div., Bridgewater, NJ, now offers a printhead-cleaning service for its GT-541 and GT-782 garment printers. The service allows owners of Brother inkjet garment printers to ship their printheads to Brother to be cleaned to enhance printer performance.

Requirements? The service only covers printheads for the GT-541 and GT-782 that are two years old or less from the date of installation. Participants must be a registered Brother customer to apply. To register, visit www.brother.com and follow the directions.

Brother is offering two types of service, including printhead inspection and cleaning and to avoid losing production days, customers can receive an advanced replacement refurbished printhead shipped to them during the inspection and cleaning process. There is a 45-day warranty on both the cleaned or refurbished printhead.
