Insta Graphic Systems designed its new Model 158 Auto Release Clam Shell Press to meet the demands of the growing digital direct-to-garment industry. The press measures 15 x 20 in. (381 x 508 mm) and features an integrated digital controller for time and temperature and an auto-release feature. The press, when closed, will automatically open once the pre-set time has elapsed, allowing the operator to maximize time while the transfer dwells. Other features include 60° machine opening for placing and removing garments and UL, CuL, and CE approval, in addition to RoHS/WEEE compliance.
