Clariant Launches Nano Silver Conductive Ink

At drupa, Clariant introduced a line of customized nano silver conductive inks designed as an alternative to electroplating and other subtractive processes to directly print high-conductivity electrical traces on a wide range of materials. Prelect TPS Nano Silver inks are designed for inkjet or aerosol-jet deposition and can be customized for specific applications through Clariant’s dispersants and capping agents.

Prelect TPS Nano Silver inks are designed for inkjet or aerosol-jet deposition and can be customized for specific applications through Clariant’s dispersants and capping agents. The inks can be used on a range of applications requiring very thin, highly conductive surface layers including photovoltaic collection grids, cellphone antennae, RFID antennae, touch-sensor interconnects, and EMI shielding layers.
