Clear Focus and 3M Settle

Clear Focus Imaging, Santa Rosa, CA, and 3M Innovative Properties Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of 3M, announce that they have resolved a patent infringement suit filed in the US District Court in Northern California last October. The suit was related to the sale of one-way-vision graphics.

As a result, 3M will continue to be a licensee of Clear Focus Imaging for one-way vision graphic products under three patents owned by Clear Focus Imaging.
