Clear Focus and Plastiprint Resolve Patent Dispute

Clear Focus Imaging, Santa Rosa, CA, and Lakewood, CO-based Plastiprint, Inc. announce that they have resolved a patent-infringement complaint filed by Clear Focus in the US District Court for the District of Colorado in regards to the sale and distribution of one-way vision graphics films. Clear Focus has granted Plastiprint a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to sell or distribute one-way-vision window-graphics products in the US and Canada under six patents owned or controlled by Clear Focus: US Patent Nos. 5,525,177, 5,609,938, 5,773,110, 6,258,429, and 7,018,501 and Canadian Patent No. 2,197,092.
