Digital Printer for Corrugated Displays

Durst now offers a printing solution for corrugated displays. The Rhopac 160 is a UV inkjet printer designed to image onto corrugated boards and various rigid and semi-flexible P-O-P substrates, such as hard or soft foam sheets, aluminum, acrylic, and cardboard. The printer uses Durst’s Quadro Array printhead technology and features 600-dpi resolution and a CMYK inkset plus optional white, clear varnish, spot colors, or light colors. Other features include print speed up to 270 sq ft/hr (25 sq m/hr), maximum printing width of 62 in. (1575 mm), and support of media up to 1.58 in. (40 mm) thick and corrugated media from 0.06-0.2 in. (1.5 to 5 mm) thick. The Rhopac uses Durst Rho Linux software. A roll-to-roll print option is available.
