Drytac Acquires Advanced Finishing Solutions

Drytac Corp., Richmond, VA, announced it has acquired Hickory, NC-based Advanced Finishing Solutions (AFS), and OEM provider of aqueous/UV-curable coating machines and liquid coatings. AFS markets its products under trade names VERSA-Coater, PhotoMate, PressMate, DocuMate UV, Cyclone UV, AFC Liquid Coaters, ENDURACoat, and INSTACure liquid coatings.
