Drytac Acquires Durotech’s Finishing Assets

Drytac Corp., Richmond, VA, announced it completed the acquisition of the adhesive-film and related marketing and technology assets of Durotech Corp., Richmond, VA. The silicone-adhesive business is not part of the agreement and will remain with Durotech.
