KIWO expanded its line of emulsions with the addition of KIWOCOL Poly Plus Z diazo-photopolymer dual-cure direct emulsion. The emulsion features a high solid content and  medium viscosity. KIWO says Poly Plus Z is formulated for resistance to UV, solvents, and plastisols, as well as smooth, easy coating, reduced squeegee drag, improved ink release and screen peel, and easy reclaiming. The company also notes that KIWOCOL Poly Plus Z offers excellent resolution, edge definition, mesh bridging, and exposure latitude.
