Durst Image Technology US, LLC, Rochester, NY, announced it expanded its overall sales force and moved to a direct-sales model in Canada to more fully serve that growing market. Durst says it now offers improved segment coverage and greater support for new imaging platforms, such as the Rho 600 Pictor flatbed UV inkjet printer. The announcement follows Durst’s creation of a Packaging and Industrial group to market specialty printers, including the Rhopac corrugate press and Gamma 60 tile printer. Recent sales force additions include Kenneth Flansburg, Ron Corn, Skip Onyan, Geoffrey Stone, and Gordon Kane.

As part of the implementation of its direct sales model in Canada, Durst said it is concluding its two-year relationship with Partners Graphic Support, Service & Supply, a Canadian distributor. Durst Image Technology US, LLC is located at 50 Methodist Hill Dr., S-100, Rochester, NY 14623, 585-486-0340, fax: 585-486-0350, Web: www.durstus.com.
