Durst Rho 700 Wins Gold Award at Taropac 2008

Durst Phototechnik Digital Technology GmbH, Lienz, Austria, announced its Rho 700 with corrugated printing option, won a Gold Medal at the Taropac Exhibition in Poznan, Poland. Taropac reportedly is the largest trade show for the packaging and  logistics market in Central and Eastern Europe, and the Rho 700 is the only product to have won the medal in connection with printing.

The Gold Medal of the Poznan International Fair was launched in 1979. Products are judged based on various criteria, including quality and innovation. The Rho 700 UV flatbed printers’ modular construction makes the printer unique in its class as, according to Durst, no other UV flatbed printers can be adapted to individual needs or be upgraded later in the field to the same extent. The recent addition of a corrugated printing option is especially relevant to the Taropac Exhibition. For more information about the printer, visit www.durst-online.com.
