EFI was recently recognized at the On Demand Conference & Exposition with two Best of Show honorable-mention awards. The accolades came in the Workflow Solutions category for Fiery Command WorkStation v5.0 (CWS5) and in the Print MIS/ERP category for EFI PrintSmith v8.1.

“This third-party recognition for two of our newest software offerings validates what our customers have been saying for years—that EFI solutions address the biggest pain-points and enable our customers to run more efficient, profitable operations,” says Fred Rosenzweig, EFI president. "CWS5 and PrintSmith…continue the company’s tradition of providing innovative, user-friendly products that are instrumental in our customers’ success.”

Fiery Command WorkStation 5 centralizes job management via an interface that is designed to make operators of all skill levels more productive. It is compatible with all engines in the production-print environment and is engineered to offer the same printing experience for Mac and PC users. EFI PrintSmith is a print-management solution designed to automate the entire business process for on-demand copy shops, quick printers, and small commercial shops. EFI says the latest version of PrintSmith adds new power and flexibility with enhanced integration with EFI Fiery XF and EFI Digital StoreFront.
