Embroidery Machine

Tajima USA recently unveiled an enhanced version of its NEO embroidery machine. Tajima says the NEO2 (model TEJT-Neo-II-C1501) offers versatility, mobility, and ease of use. Enhancements include expanded memory (from 260,000 to 640,000 stitches), a new control panel, and multiple data ports that allow for USB, serial, and LAN connections. As a result, Tajima says any of its machines, whether single or multihead, can now be networked with any other machine or combination of machines to create the optimal production arrangement. In addition, TGML by Pulse X2, the latest version of Tajima’s digitizing software, will further support this functionality by incorporating advanced networking capability. NEO2 uses up to 15 needles, supports sewing speeds up to 1200 stitches/min, and offers a sewing area of 19.5 x 14 in. (495 x 356 mm). It also features auto thread trimmers and thread-break detection.
