Autosol XFT, the newest addition to MacDermid Autotype’s line of emulsions, is a one-pot photopolymer emulsion specifically formulated for use on the latest generation of computer-to-screen imaging systems. MacDermid Autotype describes XFT as an ultra-fast-exposing emulsion designed with high-speed, fully automated stencil production in mind. The emulsion reportedly offers excellent coating characteristics and easy washout and a deep red color that provides excellent color contrast for visual inspection after processing. Autosol XFT does not require sensitizing prior to use and is designed for use with solvent and conventional UV-curable inks. It is available in 1-, 5-, and 50-gal containers. MacDermid Autotype Inc., 1675 Winnetka Cir., Rolling Meadows, IL 60008, 800-323-0632, Web: www.macdermidautotype.com.
