Equipment Zone, a distributor of direct-to-garment digital printers, says it has expanded its support and service department to meet the needs of all Fast T-Jet owners. Equipment Zone reports that U.S. Screen Print and Inkjet Technology is now in liquidation and its support, service, and parts center is closed. In response, Equipment Zone explains that it has developed relationships with essential suppliers of ink and pretreatment solution, as well as parts and accessories for all T-Jet printers. Equipment Zone’s support department services every T-Jet model (T-Jet 1, 2, and 3; Blazer Express and Pro; Jumbo 1 and 2) and is available via phone and e-mail (201-797-1504 and support@equipmentzone.com. Equipment Zone has service technicians available for on-site service and training, as well as an in-house service center.
