Films for Digital Imaging

InteliCoat Technologies recently announced the addition of two new film products for digital printing to its Magic brand product line: Novara CF and Palermo SPF. Magic Novara CF, is a 5.4-mil polyester clear film designed for pigmented inks. It has a gloss surface, and InteliCoat says it offers the highest transmission black density in its class. Novara CF is designed to offer optimum rint performance on HP DesignJet series printers, Epson 7800/ 9800 with K3 inks, and Canon IPF 8000 printers. Novara CF is available in roll sizes ranging from 24 in. x 10 ft to 60 in. x 100 ft (610 mm x 3.1 m to 1524 mm x 31 m). Magic Palermo SPF is a satin film designed for pigmented inks and quick drying for easy handling and finishing. it is compatible with the latest aqueous pigmented printers from Hewlett-Packard, Epson, and Canon. It’s available in in roll sizes ranging from 24 in. x 10 ft to 60 in. x 100 ft.
