Films for Screen or Digital Printing

MACtac introduces two new members to its IMAGin B-free (bubble-free) line of films: IMAGin B-free 5929 Plus and IMAGin B-free 5800 Series. MACtac says the new films offer the same qualities as IMAGin 5500 B-free Pro, which include ease of installation and great bond. B-free Plus is a 2.7-mil, glossy, white film designed for both digital and screen-printing applications and reportedly provides excellent color reproduction. The film comes with an 80# polycoated layflat liner. B-free Plus is intended for long-term outdoor advertising and promotion and is suitable for trade-show displays, signage, and more. IMAGin B-free 5800 Series is a 3.8-mil gloss intermediate film featuring an 80# polycoated layflat liner and is designed for large indoor or medium-term outdoor advertising and promotion applications, such as P-O-P displays. The film also can be combined with PERMCOLOR ColorGard overlaminates. The new films are designed for eco-solvent, solvent-based, and UV-cured inkjet printing applications. ICC profiles for the products are available at ww.mactac.com. MACtac, 4560 Darrow Rd., Stow, OH 44224, 866-262-2822, fax: 800-233-4293, Web: www.mactac.com.
