Flash-Curing Unit

MHM developed its Synchroprint S-Type Flash around a microprocessor-based control that’s designed to enable precise management over heat intensity and duration of operation. MHM says the flash incorporates specially developed carbon emitters that produce wavelengths that facilitate fast, even curing. The unit also features computer-designed reflectors that are designed to promote even distribution of air and radiated heat. Users can manage and monitor the flash’s operation remotely from a touchscreen display that connects to the system via a data cable. The Synchroprint S-Type Flash is designed for tool-free fit in any MHM Synchroprint S-Type Print station. An optional stand is available for those who want to use the unit with presses from other manufacturers.
